We offer fun pilates and yogalates (pilates + yoga) classes with a private pilates instructor that will bring you all the equipment you need, make a customized playlist and cater to the groups wants and needs.

Fort Lauderdale and Miami have endless miles of gorgeous beaches. If you'd like to have your bachelorette pilates session on the beach we'll find the one closest to where you're staying and meet you there with beautiful beach blankets to practice on.
HOME
Why not enjoy the convenience of your rental home? We will come right to your rental home with the pilates mats and speakers ready to teach your group an awesome class. This is a great option for groups who want to relax before and after their session and enjoy the pool or have some breakfast. This is also great for bachelorette groups that want to avoid the heat or have some members not participating.
PARK
Want to enjoy South Florida's beautiful outdoor spaces but don't want to go to the beach? There are beautiful parks in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami and all the cities in between. This is a great option for groups that want to be outdoors but not in the sand and especially groups not staying directly in Miami Beach.

Hatha Flow Yoga
This is our most popular style of yoga. In this type of class we blend vinyasa flowing movements with gentler slower poses. This is perfect for a group with mixed levels.
Gentle Yoga
This is for the group that wants a slower more relaxing class. We go deeper into the poses and hold them for a longer period of time.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow is a more fast paced class that flows from one posture through the next with active transitions. This class gives options for arm balances and inversions.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates. Enjoy a fun 60-minute flow that will give you that deep core work just like pilates mixed with the fluidity and focus on breath and mindfulness that yoga provides.
Pilates
Mat pilates is a low impact workout that focuses on the deep core. We will lengthen and strengthen in this fun dynamic workout class.
HIIT
Our High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) classes are fun and will get your group moving and sweating! We run through a series of intervals that get your heart pumping and your muscles working. This class is 45 minutes. If combined with yoga will be 60 minutes.
