BEACH
If you'd like to have your bachelorette workout class on the beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami have endless choices of beautiful beaches. We'll find the one closest to where you're staying and meet you there with our beach blankets to practice on.
HOME
Having the convenience of your rental home is the best option. We'll come right to you with the fitness mats and speakers ready to teach your group a fun and challenging class. This is a great option for groups who want to relax before and after their session and enjoy the pool or have some breakfast. It's also great for bachelorette party groups that want to avoid the Ft.Lauderdale heat or some members want to sit out.
PARK
Parks are a great option for groups that want to be outdoors but not on the beach and especially groups not staying directly in Miami Beach. You can still enjoy South Florida's gorgeous outdoor spaces without having to deal with the unsteady and unforgiving sand. There are great parks in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami and all the cities in between, we'll find the best and closest one to you.

Our fitness instructors are experts and will guide your group through a fun yet challenging workout. our sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels of experience. So, whether you're an avid fitness enthusiast or just along for the bachelorette weekend festivities, you're in good hands. We'll get your heart pumping and blood flowing as we guide the in a series of dynamic exercises designed to rejuvenate.
Move and Groove
The best part of a workout class is the music right? Especially when you get to choose what you're listening to. Our private bachelorette workout sessions include by a curated playlist of the bride's favorite artists, songs, and genres. All the girlies will be moving and grooving. Feel the rhythm, let loose, and celebrate the joy of getting fit together!

Hatha Flow Yoga
This is our most popular style of yoga. In this type of class we blend vinyasa flowing movements with gentler slower poses. This is perfect for a group with mixed levels.
Gentle Yoga
This is for the group that wants a slower more relaxing class. We go deeper into the poses and hold them for a longer period of time.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow is a more fast paced class that flows from one posture through the next with active transitions. This class gives options for arm balances and inversions.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates. Enjoy a fun 60-minute flow that will give you that deep core work just like pilates mixed with the fluidity and focus on breath and mindfulness that yoga provides.
Pilates
Mat pilates is a low impact workout that focuses on the deep core. We will lengthen and strengthen in this fun dynamic workout class.
HIIT
Our High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) classes are fun and will get your group moving and sweating! We run through a series of intervals that get your heart pumping and your muscles working. This class is 45 minutes. If combined with yoga will be 60 minutes.
