TAMARA
Location: Fort Lauderdale & Miami
Owner & Lead Instructor
Tamara is a certified experienced yoga instructor, proudly serving the South Florida community since 2014. She’s had the opportunity to guide and hold space for students of all ages and abilities in various settings. Tamara's teaching approach encompasses a holistic perspective, emphasizing the integration of mind and body through a combination of traditional yoga postures and mobility-focused movements. Her main goal as a yoga instructor is to help her students connect with themselves through the yoga practice using breath, mindfulness, and intuitive movement.
KELLY
Location: Ft.Lauderdale / Delray
Kelly Concannon is a 200 -hour RYT yoga teacher, who completed her training at the Yoga Joint in South Florida. She teaches a variety of vinyasa and meditation classes, and participates in a variety of community initiatives combining yoga, meditation, and outreach. She completed her trauma-informed yoga training with Yoga4Change, a local non-profit that assists multiple underserved populations. Currently, she facilitates yoga and meditation classes for women in recovery at several rehab centers in South Florida. In addition, she is a facilitator for the Embody Love Movement, which is a program intended to bring together meditation, yoga, and a series of empowering workshops to inspire women and girls.
PAIGE
Location: Fort Lauderdale
Paige has been teaching yoga since 2007. She found the practice when she got out of the U.S. Army and moved to Colorado. One of the highlights of her career was teaching for Yoga on the Rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Soon after that she received her bachelors degree from Metro State University in human dietetics with a minor and integrative therapeutic practices and she practices as a Holistic Nutrition Coach. Paige has also recently finished another teacher training program with steel mace vinyasa yoga and she is certified as a Movement Coach. Paige's private yoga sessions also include hands-on adjustments as well as aromatherapy and sound healing
