Private Yoga Instructor Miami, Florida
If you live in Miami or the surrounding areas and you are ready to try out yoga, private lessons are a great way to begin. A personalized one-on-one yoga class is for anyone interested in yoga from beginners to more seasoned practitioners.
Private yoga lessons are an investment that you make for yourself and your wellbeing. It's great for those starting out to learn the foundations with someone who can walk you through each step. For those who have a busy schedule and need classes to work on their schedule and in their location, private lessons are the way to go.
Why Private Yoga Over Group Classes
Group yoga classes can be filled with anywhere from 10-40 people depending on where in Miami you are taking the class. In a class this size it's impossible to get a customized class and individual attention.
Some benefits of a private yoga session vs. a group session:

- Help cope with chronic conditions
- Learn proper form and alignment
- Incorporate multiple modalities that will suit you
- Gain confidence to join a group session
- Hands on adjustments and cues
- Set specific goals and work with your instructor to reach them
- Collaborate with your instructor
